What We Do Not Treat
While our providers are able to treat most common issues, there are conditions that we don’t treat. Please see an in-person doctor or hospital if you experience any of the following:
Traumatic brain or spinal cord injury*
Chest pain and/or numbness
Vomiting or coughing blood
Lacerations
Loss of consciousness
Broken bones
Severe burns
Ear infections**
*Please note, this limitation is for the immediate period following a spinal cord or traumatic brain injury, which may need in person emergency or trauma medical services. We are able to treat people who have a history of a traumatic brain or spinal cord injury that have non-emergent medical needs.
**People who have a digital otoscope that allows the healthcare provider to see in the ear remotely can be evaluated during a telemedicine visit for ear infections.

How much does HLTHi cost?
It’s free to sign up for a HLTHi account. You pay on a by-visit basis when you talk to a board-certified clinician. If paying with your employer benefits, the cost will vary depending on your benefits, and in many cases will be $0. It is important to enter your employer information when you register for your account. All costs will be shown prior to scheduling an appointment. If you are not covered by your employer, pricing is as follows:
Everyday and Urgent Care
- One-Time Urgent Care: First ever visit is $10 - Any other visit will be $89 going forward unless you switch to membership plan.
- Base Members - $10 doctor visit every calendar month. Need more care? Pay just $25 for any extra visits that month
- Standard Members - $0
Before the consultation ends, you will have the option to extend the call for an additional fee. Updated pricing and insurance information can always be found our pricing page.
** Included one visit per month, any additional visits are $25 in a single month cycle.
