Patients are typically evaluated within 60 minutes of submitting their intake information from the pleasure of their own private space; no need to commute to a physical location or medical facility.
Do I need insurance to use HLTHi, or can I use my insurance?
No, HLTHi is a no-insurance-based telehealth service. All services are rendered via direct pay. If you're a member, your visits are included at no additional cost. Most traditional healthcare settings come with co-pays, insurance delays, and high fees. HLTHi simplifies this process, offering transparent pricing. While HLTHi visits are not covered by insurance, any labs, or imaging issued by the licensed provider will be covered by your insurance in most cases but not guaranteed.
How quickly will I be seen by the licensed medical provider?
You'll be seen within 15 minutes after completing the initial patient intake. Depending on the speed of your communication, you can receive care and evaluation within 1 hour of your first contact.
Will I need to be on camera for my visit?
No, you don't need to be on camera unless requested. Most symptoms can be evaluated via our real-time chat room, allowing for a discreet consultation. However, if you'd prefer a face-to-face interaction, we can schedule an appointment for that.
