While our virtual urgent care can address many men’s and women’s reproductive health concerns, some conditions require in-person evaluation. If you experience any of the following, we recommend seeking immediate in-person care:

• Severe Pelvic or Testicular Pain: Intense or sudden pain in the pelvic area or testicles may indicate a serious condition and should be evaluated in person.
• Signs of a Spreading Infection: Symptoms like high fever, chills, nausea, or vomiting along with genital discomfort could signal a more serious infection requiring urgent treatment.
• Visible Sores, Swelling, or Discharge: If you have painful or rapidly worsening genital sores, significant swelling, or unusual discharge, in-person evaluation may be necessary.
• Pregnancy-Related Complications: Concerns such as severe abdominal pain during pregnancy, bleeding, or possible ectopic pregnancy must be evaluated immediately by an in-person provider.
• Persistent or Recurrent Symptoms: If your symptoms don’t improve with treatment or keep coming back, a physical exam or specialized testing may be required for accurate diagnosis.
